Where are my Favorite Places? This is a common question we have been asked by several users in the last few months as we launched myAOL which includes the new myAOL Favorites product. First of all, your "Favorite Places" are safe and sound and can be accessed by using the AOL desktop client. Secondly, myAOL Favorites bookmarks are equivalent to a "Favorite Place" in the AOL desktop client software but are currently not saved in the same place as "Favorite Places." Your myAOL Favorites are saved for access from the Web on any computer that you sign into myAOL from, while your "Favorite Places" are part of the AOL desktop client software and are accessible from any AOL desktop client that you sign into.
In the coming months we would like to allow you the ability to get the best of both worlds by adding features to allow you to access your myAOL Favorites Web bookmarks and "Favorite Places" seamlessly from myAOL.

24. Help Favorite place box is gone. It is a pain in the behind to go thru the hoops it takes to find how to access it again. This used to be so simple...what is the fix to get the box back when the page opens or on the tool bar. Please someone explain it in English vs. aol doublespeak.

People are begging for explanations of how to find "Favorities" that suddenly have disapeared.

Fortunately, after several hours I have found the way to find my "Favorities". Here is how:
Press CTRL+K
Aol Keyword box will open
Type: Favorities
Click: Go
AND YOU, WHO WORK THERE ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS and BANDITS!

26. I recently changed to comcast. I can't find my favorite places either. I want to cancel aol and just keep the free e-mail. If I could figure out how to gwt my favorite places I might still keep the aol for 9.95 but not the new price.

35. what a waste of time. you get loads of questions you give no answers. tell you what lets work on the K.I.S.S. principle. keep it simple stupid. can i get my favourites back? if yes, nod your head up and down. if no, move your head from side to side. now you know the answer to my question. use your fingers on that thing with letters on it to give me an answer.then press send.then go and lay down. does your head hurt now.AOL you are rubbish
