2. With all the preparation to launching exciting new product updates to myAOL and the hearty "Welcome aboard" encouragement, when will you be restoring the Streaming AOL TV/Video to your cousins on the north side of the 49th parallel?
I had an AOL ID & access from the time 56 kbps dial-up modems were "hot" and was awaiting the site upgrade to a decent MyPlaylist feature. I upgraded to highspeed ADSL & downloaded the HiQ plugin in time for the "MyPlaylist" release but have been had no access to AOL TV/Video service since. Every time I give it another try all I get is a blank screen with a neverending "Loading" message and a posting notification off my "permissions" e.g.,
